Apartment vacation rentals in Chiba

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Merci pour votre accueil ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

역에서 거리가 조금 있었지만 근처 편의점과 카페등 다양한게 많아서 좋았습니다. 사진과 매우 흡사하며, 시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다!!

great place to stay, especially if you want to be away from the hustle of the city - yet want to be able to get to it easily - as there is train 35mins from shibuya and other areas Host was very helpful, I panicked because I was not able to navigate the lock but they helped me get very quickly Place was neat and I love the tatami and futon is so comfortable- while food choices of restaurants may be limited - convenience stores are walking distance I would have loved to stay here for longer, especially to unwind and explore areas this area and further away from the crowded cities

Yutaka is an amazing host! His apartment was super relaxing and conveniently located to an awesome mall and walking distance from the station. I’m ready to return. See you in the future Yutaka!

This was a nice apartment with 2 good sized tatami rooms. It's in a markedly urban spot in what would be an otherwise suburban/rural city. The station and grocery store are close by. Location wise, it's a decent balance of train access to and distance from Tokyo with the airport a few stops away in the other direction. It can be a bit noisy with traffic but the inner bedroom is reasonably quiet. I liked the spirit of the place.

Just as the pictures show, a very nice place for traveling couple like us! The place is clean, and location is convenient with a metro station and a convenience store. Coin laundry at 1st floor is helpful too.

Miu fue muy amable contestando cualquier duda que tuve. Antes de llegar me perdí por cuestiones de Google Maps pero me ayudó mucho a saber a dónde podía ir; siempre fue muy atenta preguntándome si todo estaba bien, si pude llegar o incluso los días de lluvia mandándome mensaje de que todo estuviera bien. El Airbnb en sí, es muy bonito, tiene todo lo que necesitas, espacio ni tan chico ni tan grande, aire acondicionado y agua caliente, todo muy bien! Además de que la estación de metro está a más o menos diez minutos caminando; el vecindario se siente muy seguro, caminé hasta muy tarde de noche y jamás sentí miedo o algo parecido!;) Definitivamente me quedaría en este Airbnb nuevamente en algún futuro!^^

I really enjoyed staying here and had amazing service by Yumiko for all our questions and was very helpful with the friend I stayed with. One of my favorite parts of was the authentic feeling of the room and how spacious it was. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very satisfied with the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen appliances were clean and good quality, and the loft was more spacious than I thought it would be. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the train station, 7/11, and the Sendo grocery store. Shisui is close to Narita City and Sakura which are both good smaller cities to explore. Additionally, the JR Narita Line (JO) allows for a quick ride to Chiba City, Tokyo, or even as far as Yokohama and Kamakura. I think this apartment is a good value for people looking to explore Chiba Prefecture.

Loved our stay! The apartment itself felt bigger compared to other apartments we have stayed during our time in Japan, and I really appreciated the preservation in Japanese culture within the apartment itself (with things like decoration, furniture, etc.). Very comfortable futons, a nice bathroom setup, and the kitchen was spacious. Never have felt more welcome!! Thank you to Mizuki for letting us have such a wonderful stay <3

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great place to stay. feels like home. train station is near. parking lot was bit far but its ok. 5 min walk is not a big issue. Super market is near by. I enjoyed staying here. Thank you

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! I had a great stay. It was in a good location. No more than 5 minutes from the train station which was on a very convenient line. The room was clean and had working AC and enough to get you by for your stay a microwave etc. Both were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had during my stay regarding where to eat and things like that. Definitely a good spot and I would gladly stay again.

We stayed overnight at Ayumi’s for an early morning flight out of Haneda. The location is great for an early departure or even a late arrival to give yourself some breathing room. We had a little difficulty getting into the building as due to a mix up of codes but Ayumi was quick to respond to our phone call and we were able to get in quickly. It’s a spacious place with a high class shower and classy interior. The description does state that there’s a tv but that’s only in the bath but the bedroom light is also a projector which casts to the doors when closed. Overall a great stop just before a day’s worth of traveling.

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

很宽敞，离地铁站很近，很方便。房屋设施齐全，洗漱用品也很齐全，房东人很好，可以寄存行李。

Rien à signaler, l'appartement était spacieux, agréable et propre. Tout fonctionnait très bien! J'ai passé une bonne semaine dans ce logement!

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!
