Beach, supermarkets and bakeries can be reached in a 7-9 minute drive. From the side of a small mountain it provides an elevated view towards the ocean.

Facing the Aiguilles de Bavella, a luxury cabin in the middle of the maquis, U'Casella is composed of the housing module and a pergola. The first volume accommodates a toilet, shower and kitchen, as well as a living and sleeping area with a framed view of nature. The second volume, the pergola, is a ventilated and shaded element that creates an outdoor space for contemplation, reading and rest. An outdoor shower allows total immersion in the surrounding nature.

The condominium offers a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols ( May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house sleeps up to 6 people, with a fully fenced private garden and a terrace with a garden furniture, barbecue, sunbeds. The residence allows direct access to the sandy beach 20m away and close to many services: Corsican grocery store, bakery, supermarket, tobacco ect...

U Mulinu studio (or duplex)

Former mill converted into cozy accommodation comprising 2 independent units, a duplex and a studio (see listing “In Mullin studio”). We also run the A Nepita bar-restaurant in Place de la Fontaine in Matra, 2 km (1.2 miles) from the gîte, where we serve sophisticated cuisine made with local ingredients. Farm tours available by appointment, depending on the season.
