Monthly Rentals in Chianni

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

The apartment was super clean and lovingly furnished! Amazing view and great area for road cycling. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable! Maurizio speaks German, is very friendly and has a great balance between availability and privacy. Highly recommended :)

We are on a 20 day family Europe trip covering 4 countries. We had a fantastic stay in Rome with another host and didn't think that experience could be topped. It was. Do yourself a favor and book Niccolo's place now. You will be downstairs in 1 of the 2 apartments that are spacious, very clean, cool, and have all the amenities you need. There is plenty of space around the pool area. With the shutters on the windows, you can completely black out the room if you just need to sleep. However, you will be missing out if you do. The best part of this stay is Niccollo, his brother Mattea, and his mother and father. Don't miss out on booking a cooking class with his mother or at a minimum having his family prepare a meal for you during your stay. The setting is private and beautiful. I stay at a lot of 5 star hotels, but I have never received the level of service that we received during our stay. This place is a 10 out of 10 for sure. I can't say enough good things about it!!

The stay was great, the only thing I think is a shame is that there are no parasols by the pool! Otherwise, everything is great!
