Great location! Centrally located near Piazza Grande. Steps away from shopping, restaurants, and incredible views of the countryside. Apartment was very comfortable. Perfect for a solo traveler. Updated bathroom and shower was great. Overall, the entire apartment was clean and well appointed. Elias was awesome. Incredibly responsive and helpful. Provided several recommendations of things to do within Montepulciano but also gave insights on other nearby towns. He texted me a few times during my stay to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Very gracious. Overall great experience.

The stay was impeccable! The room was new, super clean and tidy. We were very well received, they were available for any requests. You can add the breakfast buffet that was really comfortable and very good as well as varied. The structure as a whole is really well maintained and very nice, with tables also outdoors in the garden. The only regret was just spending one night there! I'll definitely be back!

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

The hosts were very kind and stayed up to let us in after we were late from travel troubles. The place itself was very clean, although I would like to point out a couple of things. Make sure to read the description of the place as you will find that this is not an actual apartment but instead a renovated top floor in the in the villa of the host. In addition, the ceilings are much shorter than they appeared in the pictures with a large percentage of the room being under 1.5m. But if shorter ceilings don't bother you then this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay here! Check in was easy. The apartment is huge and of course the view is wonderful. The showers had amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. As stated in the description there is no AC. We closed the shutters during the day to keep it cooler while we were out and in the evenings it cooled off nicely and had good cross ventilation from the front bedrooms to the back of the apartment. The location is great on the main street with access to many restaurants and shops. Some street noise to be prepared for but certainly manageable.

Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

We highly recommended Luca’s home. The location is perfect and the accommodation was exactly as we hoped. Hopefully we can return again soon!

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

Both host went above and beyond to make sure I had what I need it. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. So much history there. But my one favorite thing about this place is the smell/scent of the jasmine trees outside. I fell in love with the smell of the trees. If I come back I will most definitely stay here again. I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Perfect location with the most stunning views! Easy walk to restaurants, small grocery store, and yet peaceful. Hostess gave us great town locations to visit all within 15 min. Place was also very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Such a magicial place and a great host! Alex makes sure your feel at home right away. The personal welcoming, the great recommendations that made our stay so nice for a few days, the beautiful pool with absolutely gorgeous view!! Everything is so clean (also the pool and perfect temperature). You’ll see that Alex makes sure nothing gets left out. From The garden to the rooms and his wine vineyard. Best place we stayed in Tuscany. Also Montepulciano is gorgeous. Many restaurants and routes are magical.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
