The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

We rent a portion of the villa, namely an independent apartment situated at the first floor. The apartment consists of two rooms, a big room with a balcony with the view of mount Etna, Taormina, Castelmola and a smaller room with a bigger terrace with a table.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Only criticism would be that the photos of the view from the balcony are slightly disingenuous. There is both a gelato sign and lamp-post interrupting the view of the sea and it appears both have been edited out of the image on the listing. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good for daytrips to Taormina.

Dejlig lejlighed og virkelig dejlig have og pool. Der er lidt støj fra den ret trafikerede vej ved haven. men det vænnede vi os næsten til. Lejligheden ligger med lidt afstand til begge strande, men tæt på et lille supermarked, busstoppested og en række caféer og restauranter. Skønt sted med en virkelig flink vært, der kom og tog imod os sent på aftenen, rensede poolen og som også tog sig tid til at komme med en babystol.

Le logement est conforme à la description. L'espace intérieur est optimisé et la grande terrasse est agréable. Les équipements sont très récents. et lla plage à 5 minutes à pied grâce au passage souterrain.

The appartment was great, nice location, modern and clean. Angela maria is a very attentive and nice hostess. There was a private garage box for us in the cellar. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. The hostess provided a well stocked kitchen with herbes, oil, coffee etc. We can certainly recommend this place

Wraz z narzeczoną spędziliśmy 5 dni w Naxos u pani Marii. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, z miejsca które jest co prawda oddalone kawałek od plaży i głównych atrakcji ale dzięki temu było bardzo ciche i spokojne z pięknym widokiem na Etnę z którego korzystaliśmy przy porannej kawie. Obsługa gospodyni naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie, dostawaliśmy wskazówki gdzie iść i co robić, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani od początku do końca. Gorąco polecamy, Michał i Karolina 🫶🏻
