Sit on the front porch and you will see deer, turkey, and wildlife. All of this privacy and only 5 minutes from downtown Murphy as well as Harrah's Casino. The driveway is paved, a garage for motorcycle parking and the property is fully fenced so your pet can roam and enjoy the outdoors. High-speed internet.

The cottage has internet access and 3 Roku TVs for accessing streaming services. It is conveniently located to small charming towns, craft breweries, lakes, and other outdoor activities, etc.

Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage in the woods.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
