The description of the mansion was as advertised. We had a lovely stay with the family in this beautiful place that has kept all its authenticity and charm. We were well received and were also able to enjoy beautiful walks in the forest of the estate and along the canal that adjoins the property. We recommend this place to lovers of beautiful old mansions.

Marion is very welcoming and attentive. Fast communication. Close to INSA for those who have an interview... and the center. Very quiet and nice garden.

A pleasant, clean, peaceful house, in a village as we love them, days of chance a garage sale, a market. Responsive, attentive, friendly hosts who highlight their region. An interesting wine-growing terroir and villages that are worth visiting. In a nutshell, a very warm family stay of several days and the environment has greatly contributed to it.

Josette was a very nice and welcoming host. Friendly and flexible on my arrival and departure. The accommodation is 7 minutes by bike from the center which is perfect for the spring of Bourges because it is close but away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you again for hosting Josette

I really recommend this very comfortable, well equipped and rather unusual house. It is about 5 minutes from the motorway in a quiet and attractive setting, with off street parking. Sophie is a charming host - sorry we only stopped overnight on our way back to Dieppe.

Beautifully recently renovated (2021) gites that meets all the comforts! Two airconditioners, two toilets, large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, waffle iron, coffee maker, kettle and even more.. Great bed and nice bathroom. Gilles was really friendly. The gites is located on a dead end street. The pool is next to the church (2min walk). Lovely pool, clean, share with other guests - but that wasn't a problem for us. There is also a toilet and changing room by the pool. Also spacious garden with lounge set. Car you park by the garden, behind closed doors. For example, the car is free and safe. That's nice. The Loire is a beautiful river. Village is quiet and the area is beautiful. Restaurant M was recommended!

Very nice stay, accommodation as described (miller's ladder to access the beds as indicated in the description). Very neat decor of the home. Village next to the beautiful village of Sancerre and starting point for beautiful hikes.

We loved our stay at Alice's place! Sancerre was lovely, and we were in a perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to do in town. The house itself was clean and stylish, with especially comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and we loved eating breakfast on the patio. We also toured the winery Alice is affiliated with, and we absolutely loved it! There is so much history in both the house and the winery!

The accommodation is nice with a nice decoration. Proximity to the city center. Close to many different activities…. Museum, historic city center, restaurants, cellars, marshes, etc. We recommend this place to discover Bourges

We had a great time at this perfectly furnished and very well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire. Thank you to our host Sylvie who was very available and pleasant. We recommend! Aymeric , Géraldine and their three children Lucien, Ernest and Marius!

The house was perfect to host our group of friends (7 adults + 5 teens + 1 dog) on this long hot and sunny 4-day weekend. The places are designed and equipped by Marie-Caroline to enjoy them to the max! The biscuit factory is highly recommended.

Martine was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond. She made us feel at home and we felt closer to France and Sancerre. We felt like long time friends catching up. :) The location is at the center of Sancerre, everything is within local distance and she provided with local recommendations and kindly gave us two free tickets to go the Hose of Sancerre. If we go back, we would certainly stay here again. Her courtyard was a delightful place. The flower's aroma received us and we enjoy a glass of wine there. Believe me. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had.

Christophe's house was just as described and he couldn't have been a better host. The house was right next to the square of the town so everything was in walking distance of food and shops. Loved the themed rooms and we had plenty of space to relax and sleep. everything was very clean and Christophe was always a text away for any questions we had. If we ever had the need to visit that part of France again we hope he would have us back!! Thank you Christophe for being such a wonderful host and allowing us to stay at your house!!

We had a lovely stay and were really blown away by the place. It had everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Little touches like some chocolates and jams were really appreciated and the place was spotlessly clean. The decor was amazing and there was enough room outside to turn our trailer so we felt it was secure. Also it is a lovely neighbourhood, opposite a field for extra feeling of getting away somewhere lovely.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house is cozy and you feel good there! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Axelle is attentive and responsive.

Small houseette, very comfortable. The living area with living room and kitchen is very well appointed, the bathroom is spacious. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with another small toilet and a small space under the tops. The apartment is located on a quiet street but very close to the city center and the train station, q less than 10-15min walk.
