This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
