I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Cottage in Sologne, with an education farm for 10p

Located a few kilometers from Romorantin-Lanthenay, in the heart of the Sologne, the cottages of the little Nocfond are charming buildings, surrounded by a fantastic park. The educational farm, the many activities on site and the project as a whole are led by a former Parisian Chief cook, who wanted to offer an authentic, close to nature experience. Whether you like walking or swimming, shooting or flying with your drones, or just are nature lovers, you will feel good in Nocfond.

Quiet, close to the forest and all amenities, charming chalet-cabin-tiny house of about 40 m2, pleasant and comfortable on a fenced and wooded garden of 1000 m2. LPO refuge. On the ground floor, a small kitchen opens onto a cozy living room overlooking a large terrace with electric awning, serving a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs via a staircase (quite steep) serves a mezzanine and a bedroom with 3 beds. Outside there is a shelter where you can relax and eat.

House by the stream

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

The Crécerelle Tarde

This sunny cozy cottage offers you all the comfort, privacy and tranquility for a wonderful stay. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom for 2 people, bedroom for 3 people and a crib/high chair. Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. Outside you have a beautiful view, there is plenty of space to create your own place, in the sun or in the shade. Swing and football for the kids.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

Whether you are with family, friends, athletes or workers for the week, the cottage is for you because there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged with a double bed or 2 single beds. A large common table. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with a small relaxation area equipped with armchairs and deckchairs, a large terrace equipped with a table and garden chairs and a BBQ.
