Very nice accommodation, I have rarely had the opportunity to book such a clean accommodation (from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the kitchen). Christelle responds quickly in exchanges before the rental and during the rental if necessary. We highly recommend this place and I keep it in my favorites, we will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. We spent a few days in an accommodation that matches the description of the listing and tastefully arranged. Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen necessities, tea towels, gloves... everything is there. An outdoor setting where you feel good with a parking space. Very good communication with Vincent. I recommend this accommodation.

We stayed there for a few days. The place was fantastic with many activities and a beautiful view. As our stay was in sunny weather we actually decided to stay in for a day, and it was definitely worth it. The place was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and clean beddings and towels. The additional bathroom was a good help. The heated pool was a highlight. The foosball table, darts and board games were great additions; and the quiet surroundings complemented the experience nicely. Definitely recommended as a gataway, and we would definitely consider having another stay in the future.

Nicolas' house lived up to our expectations and had everything we needed. And what a nice view from the kitchen window. The city of Saintes is a good central point to visit this beautiful department.

We stayed 1 night in Olival with our two daughters who are 3 years and 9 months old. Olivier eh Valerie are very charming and their accommodation is very functional and welcoming. The outdoor space with the pool is nice.

It was a dream stay. We find a lovely home and the warmth of the hosts. Both Marie and her mother Nadine and her grandmother Jeanine were adorable, pending at all times, preparing us some exquisite breakfasts and opening their home and their hearts to us. The location, the house itself, everything was wonderful. A unique experience that we will repeat.

Apartment ideally located in the center and very well-equipped. Everything was clean and pleasant to use in the apartment. Excellent bedding and Jean-Pierre was very available. We'll be happy to go back.

The room is very nice and spacious, and matches the listing. The accommodation is very clean. The outdoor kitchen allows for an extra meal and brings a vacation touch, even though I was there for work! 😉I recommend staying with Alain and Irene.

A very large room perfectly equipped, bright and well decorated, toilet and shower room nearby, private entrance, parking space in the property for the car and in the garage for the bikes, delicious breakfast with fresh bread, butter and homemade jams... what more could you ask for? But above all, a warm and friendly welcome from Françoise, who cares about the well-being of her guests. An excellent stopover!

Franck is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The accommodation is a small peaceful haven where it's good to live even for one night. A hearty breakfast is served by Franck at the desired time and on your terrace when the weather permits. Thank you Franck for your warm welcome. I recommend this little slice of heaven a few kilometers from the ocean. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
