Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

The main train station is only 5 minutes away, the shopping center with all amenities is only 10 minutes away on foot. Perfect starting point to discover the Capital of Culture 2025.

Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Dogs are welcome. Parking? Of course on our property.
