The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

From the sun-kissed balcony you have a beautiful view of the city center and can enjoy the elevated location at sunset in the evening. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the center. Just behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer directly at the garden fence with a little luck.

This stylish, spacious accommodation is perfect for family vacations, weekend trips or work stays. Hartmannsdorf is a quiet municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen. You can reach the 2025 Capital of Culture in Chemnitz in about 10 minutes by car. Otherwise, there is a bus connection that takes you to Chemnitz without changing (1 min walk to the stop). The Erzgebirge with a lot of nature and tranquility is also not far and quickly accessible.

Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
