Located exactly in the border triangle of Vogtland-Erzgebirge-Zwickauer Land, the apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide variety of excursion destinations. In summer you can explore various hiking and biking trails and their towers around Kuhberg and Steinberg during the day and enjoy the view of the Kuhberg on the terrace in the evening. In addition, numerous outdoor and indoor swimming pools nearby invite you to linger. Also worth a trip for all ages is the Plohn and Wurzelrudis Adventure World amusement park in Eibenstock. In winter, around the Kuhberg is the famous Kuhbergloipe for cross-country skiing fans and the downhill slope in Eibenstock. Oberwiesenthal is also a popular destination for winter sports fans. Just a two-minute drive away is the beautiful Christmas country in Stützengrün. At Christmas time, a visit to the famous Zwickau Christmas market is always worth a trip. From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
