We're Alex and Jamie, and we'd like to warmly welcome you to our lovely home. We live in a very quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. During your stay, you'll have access to our back patio and a spacious, fully fenced backyard. Inside, the first floor features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor offers a cozy lounge area, a half bathroom, and a large master bedroom. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed and a USB charger. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed. With plenty of storage space in the dressers and closets. Full kitchen/dining area. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.
