Sunny attic apartment in a quiet part of the city near the center and the forest. The bedroom offers a double bed with a size of 2x2m. There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

2020 fertiggestellt und damit ist ein Traum von mir wahrgeworden. Der Trend mit weniger ist mehr habe ich persönlich erfahren - zunächst müssen und es als Chance gesehen. Es ist alles da, was du zum wohnen brauchst und ein liebevoller Garten. Das Wohlfühlen meiner Gäste steht für mich an erster Stelle. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu.
