Please come stay at our cottage and you will enjoy everything about it. You will have access to the entire cottage for days of fun!! We are only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach a.d a big playground. You will also enjoy our fire pit with Firewood included. We are also located only 15 miles from Erie where you can enjoy Presque Isle, Waldameer and Splash Lagoon. Sunset Bay NY cottage 1

Great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and Cabana Sam's. Loft is designed for children and young adults as the steps are steep. Not recommended for small children and elderly. Inside the cottage is very spacious and great for a family setting. Located directly next door to another listing. (Cottage 2) Great for larger friend and family groups.
