Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chautauqua County

From check in to check out, the process was seamless. Beautifully renovated lakeside home with ample space for our crew. House was very clean, well furnished and within walking distance of the lake, restaurants and shops. The porch with the four chairs provided an excellent view of the lake, along with the big window in the living room. A very cozy slice of heaven!

Hands down one of the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Super clean, cozy and comfortable! Impeccably decorated and so well stocked with anything you could possibly need! We hope to return for our anniversary! Thank you so much!

My wife and I could not be happier with our stay at the Copper Top. Our original trip in 2024 had to be canceled due to unforeseen weather on our way to the Copper Top which actually led us being stuck in Erie, PA. Immediately we were offered an extension to our trip free of charge. Ultimately due to weather we were unable to make it to the Copper Top all together. Matthew, Brian, and Leah were gracious enough to let us reschedule our trip for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and use our payment from 2024 as a credit towards the trip!! Which we could not be more thankful for. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained! Any questions that popped up were answered immediately and the hosts truly care about their guests needs! We cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

Kathi’s house is just as described, when you walk in you feel the relaxation of a welcoming trip. It was shorter than we wanted to it to be, but we had an amazing time at her home. It’s definitely a refreshing, peaceful, and relaxing place. The weather was a little chilly so we were unable to use the beautifully landscapes yard, but the grill was clean and full of propane. Quality amenities and more in the kitchen! Such a lovely coffee bar, and comfortable furniture. A great time was had by all, playing board games and not once looking at our phones! Thank you again Kathi for your responsiveness and your courtesy while we stayed in your home.

Chandra’s place was very clean and comfortable. We inquired about a fire pit and she was kind enough to get it ready, so all we had to do was light it. There is still landscaping work being done, but it did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to seeing it again once it’s completed!

Very cute and cozy lake house with beautiful sunset views - perfect for our weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the antics of a family of ducks (with 8 ducklings!) as they passed by several times a day. Mary was great - she reached out to me before we had even arrived which I appreciated. All of her instructions were clear and easy to follow … a very positive experience overall.

The lakefront cottage was perfect for our family over the holidays, just right for both grandparents and visiting grand toddlers. It's a lovely home, sweet view of the lake and we only wished it were summer so we could take advantage of available kayaks. Douglas was quick in response to questions, and offered great advice about places to walk and enjoy a meal out. Highly recommended, with hopes to return.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Scott is a new host. Very responsive. Checked in after 2 days to make sure everything was alright! The duplex is located just outside the Chautauqua North Elm gate. Pleasant interior space with 2 BR, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds. There are a few things that could be improved, the property while fine is a little rough around the edges. For example a ripped screen or older gas stove. I mentioned these to Scott who was appreciative that I brought them to his notice and seemed eager to correct them.

Sandra and Dan are great hosts! We were super happy with the entire experience. Looking forward to becoming repeat guests! :)

Travel to WNY on a regular basis for work. Usually book one of the local hotels, but wanted to give this a try. Very peaceful and easy to set up my laptop. Great WiFi. Did not use the kitchen but well equipped with brand new dishes and pots/pans. Perfect for one or two folks. Front porch was a great addition.

The property is as described. The neighborhood is pleasant and the neighbors friendly. The interior is well-furnished and the kitchen has what you need. Eric described the somewhat steep stairway leading to the apartment. Do keep that in mind when planning what to carry up. The building's exterior needs a bit of TLC, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the apartment. Eric was responsive to the one request that I had. I am satisfed with my stay, and would defionitely consider this place on a return visit.

I loved staying here! This is an older home and has a very nice feel to it. The living room and dining room are very spacious. There was plenty of room to spread out. It is both elegant AND comfortable! We chose to stay here because it was close to the town square. I enjoyed the Domus Fare restaurant in town for breakfast. I also enjoyed my meatball sub from Lena's. Laine responded almost immediately to my messages. While that may not always be possible, it gives you an idea of the turnaround time. I would stay here again.
