If you want to discover our region, this house is ideally located, close to the main roads Nantes/St Nazaire and Nantes/Vannes. 35 km from Nantes Atlantique Airport, the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center, cinema and shopping area are also within walking distance. Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a renovated building that overlooks the waterfront, with a magnificent view from the living room and balcony. In front of the building: no cars, a coastal path for beautiful walks or bike rides. Shops are on foot. A closed garage is available. The amenities are of quality and plenty. The toilet is separate. An atypical side: The shower and vanity are in the bedroom.

Bed and breakfast, independent of the main house, with a small courtyard (pedestal table, chair, deckchair), just 300 m from the beach and the Bois des Eloux, comprising a room with a 160 bed, TV, a kitchenette with 2-ring stove, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, shower room, toilet. Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.
