Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea views. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber bbq available. Our concierge Laurence was very responsive, they made our stay easier. I highly recommend this listing!

We arrived in total autonomy and met Nicolas a little later in the evening who showed us around this magnificent estate. The meeting with the horses as well as the chickens (Thank you again for the fresh eggs) were very much appreciated by our son! The place is very quiet and peaceful, it's a change from our usual downtown. Nicolas was very welcoming and warm with us, as well as our son. The accommodation met our expectations as shown in the photos (in fact, better in real life than in the photos!) we highly recommend it to future occupants! We had a wonderful time. The house was just as pictured, the view, with a remarkable location. A favorite, it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

The accommodation is very nice, there is room for 4 people. And each couple has their own bathroom:) I would recommend it without hesitating

Access by the stairs was a little complicated for my 85-year-old mother (high steps, very steep to access the first floor). Noisy neighborhood at night, noise that passes a little in the background; if you are sensitive, plan to bring earplugs. Finally, the terrace seemed of no interest to us. I could recommend this place.

Isabelle is very friendly and welcoming. She gave me some great tips for restaurants and hiking. The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped. Ideal place to discover Pornic and the region. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!

The house and its exterior are beautiful, and the location is perfect with a beautiful beach just a few meters away! Well-equipped accommodation, where everything invites rest and relaxation in the beautiful garden. Perfect for a beautiful weekend in the sun with friends.
