We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.

"La Halte Océane" The studio is ideally located in the city center, between the train station and the Vieux-Port. It is located in a 3-star hotel residence with a year-round heated pool. The pool is open! The apartment is equipped with all the essentials: dishes, ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, TV, fan. There is a double bed (160) in the living room and two bunk beds (90) in the cabin area.
