Thank you Stephane for your hospitality and flexibility! We arrived pretty late (after 10 pm) and it was not a problem. He was also very relaxed about us leaving the luggage until afternoon after the checkout. Very pleasant stay, we had everything we needed. The house was big enough for 3 adults and a baby. Two toilets - in the bathroom and WC - is a plus. We had all baby essentials provided - high chair, cot, baby bath, there is also (a bit old) baby swing in the garden. The only drawback is that the area in direct vicinity is not that walkable - the road leading to Biot center has very tight/no pavements for pedestrians.

We were looking for a stay in the countryside and this place corresponded to all our wishes. an idyllic setting where you can feel at home. Absolute calm for a disconnection is perfect.

Too bad you have to do everything by car. Nothing nearby that can be reached on foot. No child safety on the terrace, with stairs. It would be wise to install safety gates.

Our vacation went wonderfully well thanks to Vianney's good welcome in addition to our dog was accepted with pleasure ( the land is very well fenced ) We recommend this host

We had a great time at Leslie's place. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace in the middle of summer and at any time of day. La Capte beach is a short walk away and La Capte's restaurant shops are within walking distance. Leslie was welcoming and very responsive. We won't hesitate to return!

Our stay at Emilie and Julien's went very well. The photos perfectly match the accommodation, the instructions were very clear and detailed, we recommend coming to spend a few days here!

Damien is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and most of all very well located. We were 15-20 minutes by foot from the beaches and the old antibe town. I would 100% recommend this place for a group of friends looking for an affordable option! Thank you again Damien :)

Coralie’s apartment is the perfect place for families with kids. It has lots of toys and a sunny balcony. It’s centrally located and everything within easy reach, yet it’s quiet. Quick walk to the beach as well as the train station and trams. Communication is very easy with Coralie. She is very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed as well as local recommendations. She was also flexible and helpful with check-in and check-out. We were very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend staying at her place and hope to come again some day :)

Sophia's place is really great, I recommend it, great value for money. We came with the dog and there is a garden for him, it was very nice. Sophia is very responsive, she adapts completely to us so she is a perfect host on check-in and check-out times and on everything else. Indeed, we went to the Monts D'Azur nature reserve and it's a 5-minute drive, perfectly located for that. There is a great restaurant next to the Forest Inn. The lake is within walking distance from the accommodation 20 min walk, or 2 km away, it is super pleasant for walking and the trail is very nice. The accommodation is very well equipped, kitchen, sheet , towels and even a game console. The only small negative is that we hear the neighbors in the morning but it's not very disturbing. I want to thank Sophia for her beautiful welcome, her responsiveness and her adaptation to us throughout the stay, we will be back. Pauline and Florian

Great central location, it is on 4th floor so be prepared to take the stairs a few times a day. Also, there are no cars slowed in centre-ville so you must park 5-10 m away in a town lot. $20 €/ day.

Excellent quiet stay in a tastefully decorated accommodation. The garden, very wooded, is beautiful and the pool is welcome after the walk. About walks and for those who like "climbing" (a little), it is possible to reach Tourtour (very pretty) and Villecroze (caves, park) on foot: very pretty views of the valley. A car is still essential for visiting the area. Owners live on site and are very discreet. Fabrice (we didn't meet Karine) is a very friendly, available host who does his best to make the stay enjoyable. We recommend this property 200% and are already looking forward to returning!

Ina’s house was absolutely perfect for our group of 3-4 women staying for a two-week work trip during the Cannes Film Festival. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The dining table with a view and the spacious sofa were especially wonderful features. On top of that, Ina was an incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful host. We’re truly grateful for her warm hospitality, which we’ll remember for a long time. Since we travel to Cannes every year, we honestly doubt we’ll find a better place than hers.

Very good stay in a refurbished and very well-equipped apartment :) Secure residence a five-minute walk from the center of Sainte Maxime and its beach. At the foot of a waterway with the possibility of walking to the sea. I recommend it!

Cute little apartment in a beautiful area. Big swimming pool - appropriate for swimmers and kids. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 adults and 1 child. We loved it and hope to come back.

Excellent 3-month stay in the accommodation. Everything matches the photos and description. Very nice accommodation with a terrace overlooking the park. Great location close to both Antibes and Juan-les-pins. Close to shops, restaurants, public transport, beaches and walks. The place includes everything you need. Azelma is a very friendly and very responsive host in case of a request for information. I highly recommend this location

Apartment matches the photos, clean accommodation, linen that smells good and very well arranged. The bedding is quality as well as the air conditioning and the balcony which are very pleasant in summer! The availability of the pool is a big plus for us! A book is available in the apartment to help us organize our stay (we tested several restaurants and were never disappointed). Everything is within walking distance (beaches, shops, restaurants, train station). Very pleasant and available host: answers our questions and knows how to advise! Sabrina was able to arrange our check-in and check-out times without any problems. A big thank you to her, we will come back without hesitation 🥰

Perfect accommodation for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) on a long weekend at Christmas. Great location in the heart of Sainte Maxime, all amenities are immediate.
