Nice new studio in an ideal location, 1 km from Tanchet beach, south-east facing, independent entrance, wooden terrace reserved for the studio Located in my garden, quiet area, free parking. Close to all shops, bike paths, zoo, Thalassotherapy, beach huts. Good sofa bed Linens and towels in emergency (and returned for the sum of 15 euros). You are responsible for cleaning. No pets allowed. Free parking in the square right next door.
