La foret de Fontainebleau est à proximité immédiate de la maison, on peut partir pied pour des randonnées. La maison n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

We welcome you to our outbuilding, former artist's studio. Downtown, Château, INSEAD, Forest within a 10-minute walk. The 40 m² studio is suitable for a couple. It consists of a large living room with a very high ceiling, with the sleeping area in the mezzanine. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher) A shower room and separate toilet. Sunny south-facing garden No parties are permitted.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The 30m2 house offers: - a living room with an open equipped kitchen. - a shower room with separate toilet. - one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a double bed. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, as well as a coffee maker.
