Waterfront vacation rentals in Chatan, Nakagami District

My friends and I had a very pleasant stay at Shuichi san’s apartment. The apartment is clean and well-kept. It’s situated at the highest level and it’s facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The apartment is just 15min drive from the Makishi Market and less than 10min drive to nearby AEON, MUJI, UNIQLO at Ameku. Travelling from the apartment to other attractions is pretty convenient too. Accessing the apartment building and the unit requires an app that acts as the key. Instructions will be provided prior check-in. Although it took me a while to figure out which option to select for the correct entrance, all is good once it’s figured out - good security. I wasn’t able to locate the building on Google map and we found it by keying in the postal code and asking a friendly local. Shuichi is very responsive. Any queries were clarified quickly.

Very beautiful sea view, near international street, only takes about 5 minutes by car, kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is clean, owner's response is also very quick and polite, check-in instructions are clear, the bed is also very comfortable, the only trouble is to use apps to open the door, not using the lock key or password, the account is quickly logged out, every time you go back to the room to log back in

The apartment layout was spacious, cozy and nice. The bedding and cleaning were also clean. I had a good rest before going.

Amazingly clean space and exactly as described. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions. The place was temperature controlled nicely and we felt very comfortable right away. The host was very friendly and responsive!

Comfortable apartment with a great view of the sea. Close to the port and many convinience stores nearby. Highly recommended for a stay in Naha

It's a children's paradise Had a lot of fun after coming home each day Stay here for a day without worrying about stuffy The pictures of the accommodation are about the same as the photos but sadly there are some old and wear and tear Was worried about car not being able to drive in before check in Because we rented a big 7 person car But turned out we were worried too much….. the big 7 person car was also able to drive in Also it's a house for self-driving Residences are all around The convenience store seems like it takes more than 10 minutes to walk, but it's about 3 minutes by car And I don't think there's a lot of stuff around though But it's really convenient for my trip. All around 15-20 drive Lots of family spots, shopping malls, etc. But if you want to go to Manzamo, it takes a little more time. We still hope to stay at atsuko's house again next time we come to Okinawa

We were totally 4PAX in this travel. And I was looking for the entire house which has more than 4beds, and ocean that I can reach in 5minutes by walking, and swim as well. So there are. Everything was here. That was awesome and peaceful. However, the parking lot is a little bit small that you can park only 1 I think. But its not a big part of the journey. Anyway, We were so comfortable with staying and would like to thanks for helping us. If I get a chance to travel OKINAWA, I m going to reserve this house again. Thank you. We appreciated.

The house was really nice and clean and in a good area. We had plenty of room and we had 5 people staying. Maki was a great hostess and answered any questions we had and even brought us a gift! I would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Nori, our host provided a comfortable and cosy place for our family of 4. The place is clean and well equipped with more than what we need (e.g baby chair, snorkeling equipment including booties for the whole family even for our toddler!, beach play toys, baskets etc). The house is located in a nice peaceful village with a few cafes within walking distance. Nori is also responsive to any queries we have and very helpful, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Okinawa and I would love to come back again!

Beautiful place! A luxury stay in rural Okinawa. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Definitely best to have a car or preplanned taxi/Ubers to access the place as public transport isn't super reliable. Host was a great communicator and we adored the sweet gifts that appeared at our door. Would stay longer if we could!

The place was wonderful. If i had to make one recommendation it would be to move the shower head out of the tub. It was a pain getting in and out almost unsafe.

The place was so neat and pretty. I stayed for 2 nights, but it was a shame, and I saw that you cared about the curling iron, dryer, tableware, etc.

We booked a penthouse. Since we are quarantining in Okinawa, we don't need to find a place where we can walk anywhere. After arriving at Gongrang, it took about 30 minutes from the rental car company, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was also convenient. The receptionist on the first floor greeted me very kindly, and although the check-in time was still remaining, the cleaning was completed, so I was able to check in earlier than the check-in time. You can see the sea through the window in the dining room. When we went, it was Father's Day, so we were lucky to be able to watch the fireworks festival. The overall cleanliness was very high. There were also two refrigerators. I also ate the free drinks, alcohol, and ice in the fridge very well. I also enjoyed using the pretty bowls and cutlery in the dish rack. The bedding was also very clean and the mattress was cozy. I took a half bath in the jacuzzi on the terrace and enjoyed the beautiful sky. American Village is nearby, and there are also marts and Don Quijote. Located in the middle of Okinawa, there is an aquarium and a pineapple farm. Nahasi. It's not hard to access. Anyway, it takes a long time to get to Okinawa tourist attractions. I would use it again next time.

This place was true to the photos, with the stunning ocean view right in front of the house. Check in was easy and flexible, and we were made to feel welcome and comfortable like we were returning home. There’s a Lawsons and Family Mart around the corner as well as some restaurants, though it’s more convenient to drive than walk.

everything was perfect and clean cozy. felt almost like home and my family had really good stay. a little far from main areas like american village and naha, but if you have a car it would be ok.

I loved staying here - so close to nature and the beach is super cute with lots of adorable hermit crabs. Woofy is also a very sweet dog and it was nice to have him around. Everything in the room was great. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that. The sunrise, moon, and sea from the balcony are great✨ 3 rooms can be used by 6 people I'm grateful for the washer and dryer. They also answered questions politely😊 I look forward to staying here again.🩷
