Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. NO CHORES REQUIRED! 😊

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Carriage House by Peaceful Hay field

This beautiful carriage house is located next to a historic and unique "Chaska Brick" farmhouse. The second floor of the carriage house has an open area with a bed, couch, chairs, table, and a smart TV (no classic TV service but has all the apps to log into). The wet bar has Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge to keep food cool or warm things up. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and lots of space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is no cleaning fee.
