The room at Edith's was exactly as described and in a top location for the Kent area, the white cliff coast and the ferry at Dover. Edith was a welcoming host and was always quick to respond to questions! Thanks!

We enjoyed four nights at this lovely property. Big enough for two, enjoying mostly good weather, we could open the doors at the front and the side, to enjoy the beautiful views that are Mary’s garden. Although we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for Mary, she, and Boo, were happy to give directions, best restaurants, bus routes etc. Although the kitchen was compact, there was plenty of fridge space for goodies bought locally , and of course the wine! Lots to do, easy bus into Canterbury, the Cathedral is a must. The Samphire restaurant in Whitstable was recommended and we enjoyed a lovely lunch there.

we loved staying here, it is such a gorgeous property in a really lovely location! super clean with everything you'd need for your stay, it felt really homely and had so many nice touches, very much appreciated the welcome extras too! will highly recommend and hope to come back soon
