Waterfront vacation rentals in Charlotte Harbor

My room was clean and comfortable, with all listed amenities. The location is near the water and comfortably peaceful. Overall the place is a pretty solid value for anyone looking to avoid the nearby resort costs.

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

As advertised… clean, updated and exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again!

Die Unterkunft von Daysi ist einfach perfekt für 2 Personen, um in Cape Coral zu übernachten. Die Wohnung ist so durchdacht, liebevoll und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an so wohl gefühlt und die Abende auf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ausklingen lassen. Der Service war wirklich klasse. Die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Troy was an amazing host and we would definitely book here again. The house was just as pictured. The area was extremely walkable, and we enjoyed exploring the area.

We had a peaceful stay at Cliff’s house. It is a big place with great amenities. Cliff was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiry. He accommodated us and was flexible with move in/moving out timeframe. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks!

By far, one of our most memorable vacations! The view was absolutely beautiful! The majority of our time was spent fishing right off the back yard. The pool was great for the kids to burn off extra energy, and the scooters were an added plus for us all to ride around. Everything was clean and well stocked, the beds were SO comfy, plenty of towels and amenities, lots of floats for the pool... the house is the perfect set up for family stays. The area is quiet and calm, and everyone in the area is friendly. Just a short drive to Punta Gorda, which is a wonderful area to visit. Elizabeth was such a wonderful host. She was so kind and very helpful during our stay. I can't recommend this home enough! Definitely looking forward to booking again! 5 stars!!

What a beautiful home! Everything was better than described! Comfy beds. Perfect for our family of 4. Husband enjoyed fishing from the pier. The pool was fantastic. Great restaurant recommendations! This home exceeded our expectations! From the Easter eggs hidden around the house upon check-in for the holiday to the basket of snacks to the beach chairs and umbrella- we had everything we could possibly want. The neighborhood was very quiet which made morning coffee on the canal so relaxing. The house is close to everything and we loved exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

I loved my extended stay at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All of the amenities were as described in the listing. Three very large bedrooms all with bathrooms and showers. The back yard was nice and private with a small canal. Even saw a manatee! I felt very safe and secure staying here. The location was central to many restaurants, grocery stores and the Port Charlotte Beach was less than 2 miles away. I dealt mainly with Adrian and he was caring, polite and responsive. I only had a couple of questions and his response time was immediate. I'm a big fan of college basketball's March Madness and the TV and it's apps allowed me to be able to live watch all the games I wanted. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here!! It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood! An excellent beach location for finding shark teeth! We found at least a couple hundred shark teeth during our stay! Edmund is very responsive and kind to communicate with!

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

We stayed in this lovely place last year and will keep returning! It a perfect location if you love a quiet beach side stay. The renovations are beautiful and Nicholas was very responsive to communication. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Cass Cay is a great place to get dinner, drinks and listen to great music! Met your neighbor Mark and his friends Jim and Debby very nice to meet and talk with them. Lisa and Chris's place was wonderful. Their place was clean and beautiful. They had a little welcome bowl of snacks, a couple drinks and even extra sunblock if needed. They also responded very quickly whenever we had any questions and offered a late checkout if needed. Would definitely recommended.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.
