Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. The listing says one bedroom; there are three. You will always have three bedrooms and all the rooms pictured. My bedroom is off the kitchen with a separate bath. Just ask if it matters to you if I am home or not. My place is close to almost nothing! 1/4 mile from Highway 22; 30-40 min. to Mt Magazine. Quiet! No noisy neighbors. Lots of early morning quiet and birdsong. You can even see the stars at night and the southwest end of Mt. Magazine. Horeshoe Mountain is a backdrop to the East.

The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.
