Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Double bed, all towels and linen included, TV, Wood Burner, quirky outdoor WC, shower and cooking area with a gas stove and a small BBQ. Kettle, tea, coffee, cooking pots and cutlery. Lovely 10 minute walk to Batemans Brewery and own centre which has numerous pubs, shops, takeaways. Train station with regular service to Skegness or 10 minute drive.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
