This apartment was perfect for our little family! Modern, functional and spotless clean. The neigborhood is lively, lots of food places all around, the stunning part was the Chao Prayah river right across the street, with bars lined up and a very nice park to watch sunset. We took the boat to everywhere we had to go, Hosts were kind, quick and responsive, check in and check out seamless with all the instructions.

Highly recommended for this lovely air bnb. Everything is as described and my family loves everything about this place. Orathip is very responsive and helpful with recommendations on local activities that could be done. Not to mention the superb location with nice restaurants just downstairs of the air bnb, as well as the pier for boat ride that’s just located opposite the road. Will definitely come back again for this place for our next bkk trip. :)

The appartment was fantastic! Irina was super helpful and always easy to reach when we had questions. The room itself actually looked even better then in the photos and everything was in great condition. It is well located and only a short walk away from 7-Elevens, restaurants and BTS. Nonetheless it is in a very quite location, we had no issues with any noises at night. Overall, we would love to be back again and highly recommend to stay here!

This was the perfect stay in Bangkok! The staff and service was divine. My tattoo appointment went over time so I missed checkout, and they made sure my bags were kept safe in the luggage storage area.

Booked the 303 for 4 nights and absolutely love the place. The place was exactly true to the pictures. Very spacious for 4 pax and the patio was such a nice place to hang out. The host was also very thoughtful to have all the necessity items readily available for self-service. Would definitely recommend this place for someone who wants to leave outside of the Central Area.

Great place to stay if you want more of a party vibe. They have 24/7 customer support which I did use. I locked myself out and needed help with a lot. So very grateful they were so kind and patient with me.

Great room. Stayed with my friends, room is really good for 3 person. Place is new, clean, well-designed. Bath at the balcony is cool decision. I think I’ll come later here with my gf.

The place is exactly as described in the advertisement. It's cheap, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend my stay and they accommodated me no problem. the location was great for me because it's only 2 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a good option for a short stopover when transferring to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The taxi ride takes 8-10 minutes, the bed is clean and comfortable, and it is quiet.

Easy check-in and check-out. Got everything you need. You can walk to the train, about 1km, partly on a small cosy path along a canal. Or take a motorbike by Grab or Bolt wherever you want to go. Uniqlo, fruit, street food and 7-11 is nearby. Calm area.

Mon séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien passé. Le personnel est aidant et accueillant, la chambre est propre et l'hôtel est tranquille et proche des lieux touristiques. Le frigo est grand et il y a une cuisine à l'entrée. J'ai seulement regretté que le wifi soit très lent.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Es gab so viele hilfreiche Hinweise und Tipps. Es war sauber und sah sehr schick aus. Das einzige Problem war, dass es etwas laut am morgen war und die Fenster nicht ganz abzudunkeln waren. Gerne wieder!
