I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

I give it a five-star rating. Check-in is very convenient. The housekeeper personally receives guests. The room is very clean. The swimming pool and gym are both very high-end. The landlord responds to messages very quickly. The location is excellent and you can walk to the subway station.

An enchanting break in the heart of Bangkok in the great neighborhood of Bang Rak. The house is superb, tastefully decorated and has crazy charm. If you like sanitized places where everything looks the same, run away! But if you're looking for a place that has a soul, go for it!!! The private pool in the heart of Bangkok is a real plus! This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

We had fun with our stay, our accommodation was near restaurants, mall and train station so its very convenient for a first timer in Bangkok. They also provide free shuttle service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We look forward going back to Bangkok with this same accommodation.

A great experience Nuttama's accommodation! Central yet quiet. Very good bed, I slept really well. The bright, sparkling clean bathroom is huge and has good shelves everywhere for everything you need in terms of cosmetics. The panoramic view of the city is really magnificent and especially in the evening when everything is illuminated, you can't get enough of it!!! The gym is super equipped and very well maintained and after training you can cool off in the pool with long swimming lanes. When you return in the evening full of experiences from the lively Bangkok, a friendly receptionist and soothing music at the elevator welcome you - you relax immediately. Check-in was super easy, comfortable and straightforward. Nuttama is really always available. The 7/11 in the immediate vicinity, where you can get everything, is also great. And on the main street to the left, just a few meters away, there are numerous street food stalls, fresh fruit, coffee. Thank you Nuttama, I'll be back!

Great hosts who are always responsive and friendly. Really loved this location with everything that I wanted to explore within walking distance. This area will be in the list of areas that I will consider in my next trip to bkk.

Stayed at TK's place for 3 weeks and would highly recommend. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, just a 6-minute walk to the main street and Asok BTS, and 10 minutes to Terminal 21 and tons of restaurants. TK and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful: they arranged my airport transfer, greeted me on arrival, and shared great local recommendations. The area also felt very safe with security, cameras, and key-card access, which was important for me as a solo female traveler. Heads-up for light sleepers—there’s ongoing construction near the patio and along the main road, but honestly, that’s common across much of Bangkok.

Very quiet neighborhood and condos! The condo is very clean. 38th FL is a beautiful pool. There is a shortcut to the Siam Paragon, which is very convenience. The security guards were very nice and friendly, greeted me everytime.
