Paul is a friendly host. He was there to meet us and helped us with the check-in! The place was clean and as described. There are a lot of eateries in the vicinity. The ARL station is also a few bus stops away.

my partner and I stayed here for a few nights in Bangkok and it was the perfect central location to get to other things around us

Khun Patisorn’s place is in the perfect location: next to all the Sukhumvit action and on a great little community park, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The property’s old banyan tree is also a special one. All up, it was a neat, easy and comfortable stay for our family of four. And Khun Patisorn was a great host - very responsive, helpful and flexible.

Great accommodation… everything perfect and cozy, I saw some comments that the air conditioning wasn't working, but it's working perfectly. I will definitely return, everyone was very polite. If you want a quiet place close to the BTS station, go to this accommodation.

It's a great place. Beautiful spot, beautiful view, great location. Within walking distance to all sorts of great restaurants. Super close to all public transportation to easily get around the city (as easily as possible in Bangkok). Stella's communication was great. We had one issue where there was construction going on next door at 2:30am for some reason. When I shared that with her, she was on the phone with the hotel manager within minutes. Unfortunate and annoying, but quickly remedied. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation, perfect for a solo traveler or two people. I really LOVE the layout, especially the loft! The floor is quiet. There's a little bit of construction going on in the other units, but its not loud. The unit was exactly as described. The building is very new. The one (& only) slightly negative aspect is that its not super close to public transportation (i.e., trains, subway). If you don't mind walking a little bit to get to station, then its fine. I just used Grab for taxis and that worked well. It was really helpful to have a convenience store downstairs too. I'd definitely book this Airbnb again if I visit Bangkok in the future! :-)

Great spot, very spacious with a washing machine that cleans AND dries (very useful), great amenities (pool, gym, sauna, etc), and lots of good spots nearby.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

The perfect place to stay in Bangkok, it’s very close to Khao san road, but you don’t hear any of the music which is great. I highly recommend ⭐️

Kit was incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips about the area. He was quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok. We would love to return!

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.
