Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, with no shops or bars in the condominium. The 2 bunk beds are more suitable for children or teens because they are narrow (70 cm x 190 cm). The sofa is a sofa bed, 160 cm wide. Point of vigilance: no cleaning service offered for this accommodation, you will have to clean the entire studio yourself, even for 2 nights spent. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Gite in the heart of the village of Ancelle

Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle, our cottage is set up on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). With a surface area of 40 m2, it is arranged for 4 people. It is attached to our dwelling house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and old larches.

In the heart of the Parc des Ecrins in an old Auberge Epicerie, cocooning gite located on the 1st floor. Ideal location for hiking directly from the house. Around us are six ski resorts including ORCIERES, ANCELLE... etc., about 8 km from the hamlet. On site, cross-country skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing. Mountain view cottage of 35 m2 with a bedroom, a living room with small sitting area, kitchen, a bathroom ideal for 2 people.

We offer a 30 m2 apartment, recently renovated, with a south-facing balcony. Upon arrival you will find your beds made as well as towels.
