Pictures don’t do this place justice! Nicely decorated; gorgeous and private back yard; kitchen well-stocked and beds very comfortable. Pool was an extra bonus. Neighborhood was nice as well. We will definitely be back!

Loved the stay at Illinois Bungalow -The property was located in a safe neighborhood close to campus and was tastefully decorated to capture the Illini spirit. The house was very clean and things were neatly organized. The kitchen was well stocked with required pots & pans and dishes. The artwork and other items in the house made us feel cozy. Rachel is a very caring and thoughtful host and was very prompt in her communications. She provided clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to be in the area.

The house was perfect for our needs, clean, and had great character. I appreciated the host book which listed restaurants and activities that were in the area. Instructions were clear upon arrival and for check-out. Communication with the host was very prompt and friendly. The pac-man game was utilized and accompanied by lots of laughter. I highly recommend this home away from home.

House was perfect for our trip. We were in town for a graduation. Was close to campus and still private spot for us. Beds were comfortable and house was exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was as described. We unexpectedly had to rush our assistance animal to U of I Neurology and being able to quickly find a safe and quiet place at the last minute really help save us, not knowing the area. This home feels like you stepped into one of the many local parks, a fully fenced yard and a great porch, kettle charcoal grill and porch that has sun shades. Many other small touches that really made a big impact. The welcome snacks came in handy while at the ER and the water was wonderful and tasted until we could get to the store the next day. Tons to see and do in the area. We will be back for sure whenever we come back to the area.

We had a good experience staying here. What you see in the pics is what you get, everything was accurately depicted. We were able to comfortably fit 7 adults for grad weekend which was just what we needed. The house itself is an old Victorian, but it's in great condition, quirky and unique. The house was very clean which is the most important feature to us. The pros are definitely the large first floor open space to hang out with family and the wrap around porch and swing. We sat outside a lot, day and night. Cons to mention would really be the bathroom situation, having no en suite and only one bath upstairs, and perhaps the street noise at night since it's on a busy street. Nothing that made the stay uncomfortable for the weekend, just something to mention. Elizabeth was very kind and responsive in all communications. We have two more kids in school at UIUC so we hopefully will be back to stay again!

This cape cod was simply awesome!! We were very comfortable and felt right at home. It was only 5 min from our daughter's dorm which was perfect!!!! Great location and host.

This was our second stay at the Nestle on New Street. Our family loves this place — it’s like our home away from home when we are visiting family in Champaign. We appreciate the thoughtful touches — snacks, extra charging cords, makeup wipes, etc. — that make staying here stress free. We hope to be back again soon!

Great place to stay for a weekend in Champaign. Great access to the campus and a quick walk to the football stadium. Shayla was very responsive and the place was as described. Will stay at anytime I’m in town.

My husband and I stayed here for our son's UIUC graduation for 2 nights. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The unit itself is decorated to perfection with much thought into making it an inviting, cheery, comfortable space. VERY comfortable bed and soft linens. The bathroom was spotless. Very very large closet/workspace area for our suitcases. It is a self contained unit off the back of a larger house and the backyard zen garden is amazing, as is the landscaping. It is walkable to downtown Champaign (we did it twice) so very convenient. And, the hosts are very considerate, leaving an area filled with yummy snacks and drinks for guests, as well as a full size coffee pot and coffee. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a couple, it was just perfect.

This was my second time staying in this apartment and the hosts, Keith and Kim, always go out of their way to make the stay extra special. The place itself is very cozy and homey with a very comfortable bed and an eating area. But they also leave other goodies like many assorted snacks, robes, slippers, travel-size toiletries, lotions, etc. I was there for my son's graduation and in the apartment I found a "Happy Graduation" cookie cake they had left for us. So thoughtful They are also very responsive to any questions or issues responding almost immediately. Wonderful hosts! Five stars all the way.

We loved our stay in the Baker’s Loft! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and being located above a bakery was delightful (and convenient). Highly recommend and would stay again!

Cynthia was an amazing host & place was perfect! Enough space and clean & extra amenities to feel extra comfortable! 10/10 stay!
