Seriously amazing rental house! We are a family of 6 and there was tons of room and things to do for everyone. Andy & Marie were amazing hosts and were extremely responsive. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here, the attention to detail was so great and fun!

The Captain’s Quarters is a fun place to stay. We went for the outdoor activity but had lots of rain. No worries! The location is great and there was plenty to do inside - games, fireplace, television, and cards. The amenities are fabulous. Multiple grills (Weber, Blackstone), excellent galley kitchen, and appliances. Alex even prepared fishing gear for our stay. The home is full of light and quiet. The spiral staircase is a fun way to navigate floors.

Very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. Home has a ton of space and lots to do for the kids (air hockey, shuffle board, etc.). The location was central and close to restaurants, shops and more.

2nd year staying here for my birthday with all my friends and it’s so much fun every time. So much to do while having your own privacy and plans with comfortable rules to abide by. It’s like a new home with a bunch of cool games and amenities, definitely recommend! Great host, leaves you to it and is responsive. Best birthdays ever here.

We had nice stay at the house - the inside was nice enough, albeit a little dated in some areas. The outside seating area had a lot of debris so we couldn't spend much time on the patio, but ultimately it's a nice area with close access to the river and Peoria. I'd stay there again.

An amazing deck to enjoy the sun and stars on the river! The space fit our needs perfectly!

Shawn and Julie are fantastic hosts! They were flexible with check-in times, I received incredibly prompt responses from them, they were easy to communicate with, the home is cozy, peaceful, well kept, and clean. I highly recommend a stay with them!

We enjoyed our stay at the Charming Cottage in Eureka. The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the peaceful backyard while we were in town for a wedding at The Cannery. We would definitely recommend to others!

We always love when getaway exceeds our expectations! This home was charming…from the furnishings to the outdoor patio space! Cozy and welcoming! The location was perfect- close to the shops, restaurants and pubs. We were in town for a wedding and able to stop back for a quick fresh up, it was that close to the venue!

My husband and I spent the weekend here with our dog and had the most amazing time! I have only positive things to say about the cabin and property! The trails were well maintained and the little scavenger hunt was so much fun! The hosts really think of everything! We honestly could have only brought clothes and we would still have everything we needed because of everything they provide. We disconnected from our phones, which felt so good, and we never ran out of things to do! Also, as someone who is a little bit of a germaphobe, I was amazed with how clean the cabin was! Even the windowsill was spotless! The host are incredibly thoughtful and we loved talking with them! We are already planning our next trip back!

Beautiful little lakefront home, even when getting rained in the extension on the home installed on the basement made inside only days exceptionally fun

Absolutely loved this house! The house was clean neat and tidy. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. I could have lived on the patio! Definitely a great find being our first time in the Peoria area. If we ever find ourselves back in town this will be our place to stay 😊

Amie’s place was great and was perfect for our trip. I was in Peoria with a colleague for a work trip, and this was a much nicer option than being in yet another bland corporate hotel! This property feels professionally managed and everything we needed was supplied. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were plentiful and new, and there were helpful extras (first aid, kitchen spices, iron and board, even a sewing kit) that you don’t always see in other places. TV and internet worked great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and wooded, but just a few minutes from downtown. The road below can be busy at times and the cars are moving quite fast (as there are no intersections nearby), so the left turn into the driveway can feel dicey if there’s oncoming traffic. Although, we didn’t notice any traffic noise in the evening and the bedrooms are towards the back, so it was quiet for sleeping. Overall, a great stay and we’d be happy to visit again in the future.

This Airbnb is a perfect spot for 2-4 people. We came into town for a graduation, and the house met our needs. The home was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. In addition, the owners were very responsive and had clear instructions for how we should maintain the home. Overall, we had a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and bright, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed having indoor and outdoor comfortable sitting areas for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day. The location was walkable to great food and entertainment, and a bonus scenic walk down Grandview. Tessa was friendly and very responsive before and during our stay. The home and location were perfect for our sisters' weekend and we'll definitely stay here again!
