The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

I’ve stayed in Russell’s place multiple times and it is a favorite! It’s homey, clean, well-appointed and in a beautiful neighborhood. Love sitting on the roomy covered porch in the evenings and mornings. Great kitchen, dining room and sitting area. Beds are super comfortable and the working spaces make remote work a breeze. It was an amazing home base during my son’s graduation weekend from UIUC. On top of all of that, Russell is super friendly and responsive as a host. It’s hands down my favorite place to stay in Champaign. Highly recommend!

Instructions were clear upon arrival and for check-out. Communication with the host was very prompt and friendly. The pac-man game was utilized and accompanied by lots of laughter. I highly recommend this home away from home.

This was our third consecutive year at Karin's place, and in fact we added a second place Karin owns due to our greater numbers this year. Karin and Jimmy have been great hosts. We only needed on small repair made and it was made immediately. The location is perfect for walking downtown and we enjoyed access to the restaurants and bars we love. There were also a couple of nights we just wanted to relax at home and the property was perfect for that as well. We come into town each year for a film festival and will always check first with Karin and Jimmy because the place is absolutely perfect for us.
