Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The unexpected

Hyper center, this charming house is ideally located across the street from the lake, at the foot of the majestic castle and its restaurants. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. Upstairs you will have a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed, a dressing room and a bathroom. Coffee, Tea and Spices are available. Large terrace in the quiet. At the gates of the Compiègne state forest, come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the many activities.

"The Walden Experience" the site

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

The sound of water. The song of birds. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find on site outdoor games (pétanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue. Roulotte WA offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and Champagne Local at extra cost. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park.
