Perfect location for Disneyland, the mall and cafes. We will certainly be staying again.

No worries finding the accommodation that is as described. I recommend it if you have a show at the Zenith Arena, because it's very close on foot

Excellent communication throughout, a warm welcome and plenty of advice and recommendations. The gite was very clean and comfortable, with secure parking on site. It had everything we needed and was a great base for our walking holiday. It was lovely to eat outside on our own patio area in the evening sunshine and there was a pretty communal garden to enjoy too.There is a bakery in the village and a supermarket and filling station just down the road. Obviously the statue of Pope Urban II at the top of the village has to be visited! There’s a great cycle route beside the River Marne that goes for miles, passing through beautiful towns and villages (V52). Lovely walks everywhere through woods and vineyards. Hautvillers is a delightful place to wander around, admiring the buildings and all the forged signs hanging outside them. So much to see and do in the Champagne region. We would happily return to the Gites de Sablon if we visited this area in the future. Thank you, Clara.

We lived in the cottage for three weeks and had a wonderful time. The cottage is spacious (larger than we expected based on the photos), practically furnished and equipped with every comfort. If you have any questions, Béatrice is easy to reach and responds quickly. Convenient that the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall and a second bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and drying racks in the garage downstairs that may be used free of charge. In the cottage there is a lot of information about what to do in the area (a lot). We have enjoyed walks in the area and visiting cozy old places. Our teenager thought the day Walibi (near Brussels) was the highlight of the holiday ;-)

We stayed with Chléa for the second time and felt very comfortable again. For us, the location is crucial - this time was the large kitchen and the large garden, which we could reach and use directly from our floor. In good weather you can safely have breakfast outside. Chléa is a very friendly hostess and everything worked out great.

We had a nice stay. There are two bedrooms and a great sofa bed. It is very clean and complete. There is a filter coffee maker, coffee and tea are provided and some basic spices and sugar. Very nice! It is above a restaurant where you can eat well. The restaurant is owned by the same owner. From the village you can walk to the vineyards and Reims and Epernay are easy to drive to. We loved our stay!

The apartment was great, exactly as shown in the pictures, and everything was super clean. The instructions for check-in were clear. The location is also great, lots of coffees/restaurants and the walking distance to the city center is less than 10 minutes. It's also really close to the train station. I would definitely recommend it! Will come back if I have the opportunity.

Very good accommodation, especially if you are with teenagers, foosball, billiards, darts. Practical kitchen Spacious The only negative point is a single toilet for 10 in the bathroom, it's a little tight. I recommend it.

Excellent location - very convenient for walking or taking the shuttle bus to Disneyland park or for getting a train into the centre of Paris. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The building with its garden, parking and sauna jacuzzi area a few minutes walk from the Museum are very nice! We also enjoyed the decor, the hot tub and the convenient smart lock to be self-sufficient.

I spent 3 weeks there for my internship and it was very good. A little small but you get used to it. What to cook. The shops are not far away (I was in a car I specify). Very quiet at night.
