This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Our boat is in Mareuil sur Ay, a paradise in Champagne. Close by, a typical bistro for eating, a bakery, cellars of large and small champagne houses, shops, bucolic walks and incredible views. Jérôme takes you to the Bullet to discover the UNESCO-listed hillsides, price on request. A sharing of our life on our two boats: Bullet1927 for aperitifs, Zwaantje for your starry nights. 2 canoes are available.

Do you want rest and nature? Come and relax in our cottage which adjoins the Stables of the rock. We will be happy to welcome you in our farmhouse renovated in 2019. The sound of clogs will punctuate your stay and you can walk in the 7 hectares adjoining our farm. To end the day why not a small meal on the terrace... Your pet dogs, cats...are of course welcome!
