totally beautiful and authentic, this 2 bed/4 people ( 2 adults 2 children ) cottage is in the grounds of the Chateau .This cottage has a double bedroom and 2 full sized singles for children The cottage is not for 4 adults We have 3 cottages listed . All completely separate but share a salon and kitchen in the main Chateau . We share the pool and gardens . The Chateau is in the old part of the picturesque village of St Victor la Coste, walking distance to shops and restaurant in the square.

Surrounded by the green hills and mountains of the South Ardeche, you will find this little paradise. In this cozy gite, you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful nature and the enchanting views. The three arched windows have recently been replaced by new, large windows. It now feels like you are sitting inside the view. In the morning you will be awakened by the bells of the sheep and the cheerful swallows. There is no rush here. A 10-minute drive to the Thermal Baths in Vals les Bains.

Les Cigales has independent access and enjoys the benefit of a large (20m2) private terrace including BBQ, and shared use of the large swimming pool (11m x 5m). The house is situated in a serene and restful location and guests are invited to enjoy the large gardens. Payzac is well located providing easy access to the best features that the Ardeche has to offer, like Pont d'Arc, the caves, and rivers.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.
