Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Quiet and clean air are guaranteed. Self check-in possible. Baby equipment, sheets & towels provided.

In the very center, very nice apartment T2, 37 sqm on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All south and west facing opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama of Sancy to Puy de Gros! IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
