Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chamblee

This is great little studio in a fantastic complex and location. We particularly loved being able to walk to get our meals. The building’s shared spaces including the pool, lounge, and library/mailroom are all awesome. Staying here was not just cheaper than staying in a hotel but the location was better and we got a full kitchen. We only cooked a couple of meals but just for those it was worth it. Really appreciated having basic cooking items (oils & spices, etc) available too.

Michelle's apartment was in the exact right place and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous trip to see friends in Atlanta. She was so responsive to our requests and the location cannot be beat. We will return!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

Great stay! Super clean, spacious, and allergy friendly. :) The whole community felt extremely safe. Instructions were easy to follow; there was some confusion about parking since the site was down, but Sumthin Sumthin was quick to respond and answer for me! Going to be my go to space for Atlanta! Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

Our family of seven, including an infant, was very content at the Red Door. There is a looong list of amenities that are provided, including many items for infants. We had zero issues, and it was a perfect spot for a wedding in downtown Decatur and visiting friends in midtown. Dom was always there to answer questions and was proactive with details. We enjoyed our visit.

I rented this house for my friends who were visiting from Norway (because it is within walking distance from my house which, unfortunately isn't big enough to accommodate guests)--and it was perfect! The house is clean, comfortable, and cozy--very inviting. It was the perfect home away from home for them while they were here. Tony was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the visit. When we had a minor problem with the door lock, Tony responded immediately and resolved the issue within minutes--even though it was after midnight on New Year's Eve! I will definitely rent this house again and I look forward to dealing with Tony again in the future. I highly recommend this place--it is great!

We can't wait to come back to Atlanta again just to book this space to really enjoy the beautiful backyard! 10/10 experience!!

Beautiful property, the backyard was like a picture postcard for fall foliage. The home was well appointed, VERY clean and the linens were fantastic.

Thank you for allowing our 3 dogs to have an amazing time in the backyard. The place was just as described. Sofia was also responsive during check in when we had a little issue. Would recommend and was near all the activities planned

Julie's place is like having a home away from home. We stay with Julie every visit to Atlanta for the past few years. The house is large, but comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and near to shopping and restaurants. It is also kid friendly as there are many games for the young ones as well as adults. The kitchen is well-stocked.

Perfect apartment for visiting Atlanta. Spacious apartment close to all the major attraction. Happy with choosing to come to Thomas’s place and I would definitely stay again.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.
