Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

This Bnb was extremely cozy and easy to get to. Host was extremely accommodating + being friendly is always a plus. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity is available. 10/10 stay no complaints here

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

Great stay! Super clean, spacious, and allergy friendly. :) The whole community felt extremely safe. Instructions were easy to follow; there was some confusion about parking since the site was down, but Sumthin Sumthin was quick to respond and answer for me! Going to be my go to space for Atlanta! This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

Excellent location and was very well maintained! Michael was very responsive to any issues that came up. Would stay here again as the location was perfect. Street parking wasn’t too challenging

Rosa’s place was just as pictured. It was well kept and very clean. She is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

As described, the house is very well-appointed, and well-kept inside and out. Looks and feels brand new. Very close to the Assembly, Chamblee MARTA station, 85/285, interchange etc. Older more established street on the edge of more commercial district with a couple tear-down rebuilds, including this one. Was very quiet and seemed very safe. It is in the flight path of Peachtree Dekalb airport, but we enjoyed watching air traffic having coffee on front porch. The lawn and shrubs were well-cared for both in front and back. Was exceptionally clean. The sun-room and one of the bedrooms have split HVAC units but they worked great. The house is super well-lit outside, which made it nice when returning late. We’ve stayed at a few other places in the area that have over-promised and then skimp on things like having a one night supply of the cheapest toilet paper and 1 coffee-pod per person for 1 night on a several-night stay This place (and the host) delivers on its promises.

We had an excellent stay in Atlanta for a wedding with friends. The house is inviting and open while also being comfortable for 2 couples (with small babies). Loved the deck and backyard and convenience to many locations.

Absolutely beautiful home. Super clean and cozy.

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
