During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It should also be noted, its small reading corner, its high ceilings and warm melis pine wood floors that add to the feeling of comfort that this house gives off. The dining area has a table with capacity for six people, ideal for more formal meals. The master bedroom is characterized by its luminosity, achieved thanks to the French doors available to flood it with natural light. It is equipped with a Queen Size double bed of 1.80cmx1.90cm. It has light gray walls, a pastel yellow headboard and soft blue furniture that add softness to this spacious room. This room also has access to an elegant bathroom.  The second bedroom has a large glass wall with frosted panels, providing privacy while allowing the passage of light in the room. It has two single beds that are framed by a blue velvet headboard that extends on the side and two bedside tables that add the finishing touches to the room. There is a second bathroom with shower that has a very contemporary design and high quality finishes. Finally, the apartment has its own newly renovated private gym where guests can enjoy fitness. The house is fully equipped with utensils and appliances of leading brands. The house has air conditioning, radiator heating, free WIFI connection, Ethernet connection and Smart TV with international satellite channels.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
