Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. It is a flat with all exterior rooms and lots of light. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Both bedrooms are double and have fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
