Host is really nice and friendly. We came with our twin babies and they provided us with 2 baby cots and 2 high baby chairs which was quite helpful. Communication was also great. Host provided us with detailed apartment instructions in time. Also, each time we needed some additional stuff, they either provided it to us. Apartment location is quite good with good public transport connections to the city center and airport. I would recommend this place for staying in Madrid.

Parje's place was wonderful! Everything was so clean when we checked in, and the place smelled fresh. The apartment was exactly as described–beautiful, cozy, and well-located. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, with Parje consistently checking in to make sure we were comfortable and that everything met our expectations. The neighborhood was also very walkable, with several markets and charming family-owned restaurants and bars just around the corner. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!
