It has a lock and electric blinds for added comfort, as well as new quality appliances, Wi-Fi, and 2 Xiaomi LED smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. It consists of a room with an en-suite bathroom, a living-dining room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2 people). We offer extra cleaning services, as well as a change of bed linen and towels. Please do not hesitate to ask us. 2. Number of Guests: • The maximum capacity of the VUT is [4]. Aparca tu coche en el parking privado del alojamiento y disfruta de la ciudad usando su transporte público o a pie. Estudio de unos 40 metros cuadrados con habitación doble independiente, baño independiente y salón comedor. Todas las estancias con mucha luz y ventilación, con calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. En el salón hay un sofá cama doble muy cómodo. Cocina totalmente equipada para hacer vida normal. El estilo de la decoración y la iluminación le dan al espacio una calidez especial, rematada por el piso de tarima. En las fotos se aprecian unas macetas con plantas desde el salón. No es un balcón ni una terraza. La puerta que accede al espacio de las plantas debe permanecer cerrada por seguridad (ver la descripción de servicios comunes para consultar instrucciones sobre el uso del garaje). Apartamento especialmente agradable para familias, parejas o bien personas que visiten la ciudad por motivo de negocio. Son bienvenidas las personas y las familias de cualquier origen y condición. Sólo se tiene derecho a estacionar un vehículo.
