A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 12 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer coke,diet coke,sprite and bottle water. There's a microwave, crock pot and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few!

Circa 1840 brick building, The Balcony Suite with private bathroom was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures.. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. Winn-Dixie and others groceries store it’s about 5 minutes walk , to drive to downtown and the French Quarter it’s about 30 minutes drive , we have a amazing local restaurants you got try , my favorites ( El Paso , Umi , Quitutes , Me-me’s , Cafe Roma .... any many more .
