Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two pubs - one in each direction! There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet. The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.

Cloud End comfy snug is a studio room for 2 people. An idyllic, peaceful spot in the heart of the Valley of Rocks with spectacular views of the valley. It is just 5 minute walk down to the Valley of Rocks, 10 minutes walk up the road into Lynton. Visitors can then take the Funicular Cliff Railway down to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. The entire space is step free and is easily accessible for people with limited mobility.

Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
