We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Hélène's place is great and she was an amazing communicator throughout the stay. The access is very easy for the village of Les Houches and the resort there, and it's about 15-20 mins to Grand Montets and the larger ski areas. I am hoping to stay again in the near future, merci Hélène!

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in went smoothly. Tonie welcomed us very warmly, explained everything to us, and was very cooperative throughout our stay until she said goodbye to us. The location was perfect. The views were amazing! It felt like home away from home; it had everything we needed. We enjoyed every moment! We would love to come back one day!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house in Chamonix! The property itself is stunning—stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, with the closest restaurants just a 5-10 minute drive. While the ski lifts are a short 7-10 minute drive, having a warm garage for the car made it incredibly convenient, especially after a long day on the slopes. The host was exceptional—always quick to respond and full of great recommendations, whether it was for ski rentals, restaurants, or even spa options. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Chamonix. We’ll definitely be back! Alan, Thank you again!

We had a great time at Nasim's place. It's our favorite AirBnB in France because it is so peaceful, the inside is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is really well outfitted for folks who like to cook. The apartment is right next to a park and a short walk to downtown Chamonix and great hiking paths. That and the view really can't be beat.

very pleasant stay in this chalet bottom in the middle of nature... about 4 km from Chamonix center, it was a real pleasure to do everything on foot ... the dwelling is brand new and very clean! i would highly recommend it!
